When can I request tickets?
Normally, the first-half-of-the-season window opens the day the Premier League fixtures for the coming season are announced and is open for 10 days.
Normally, the second-half-of-the-season window opens the first week of October and is open for 10 days.
All current Hong Kong Reds members will be notified by email of the exact dates just prior to the opening of each window, when we receive notification from LFC.
What if I miss the deadline for the first half of the season or second half of the season ticket request window?
Unfortunately, ticket requests are only available to OSCs during the aforementioned windows. After those dates have passed, we can no longer request tickets for you.
After the OSC window has closed, the Members Sale is available to anyone holding a Liverpool FC Official Membership. Details of the Members Sale can be found HERE.
What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices vary depending on the location in the stadium that is allocated to you. Unfortunately we do not have this information until approximately one month before the fixture, when payment is due.
The various LFC match-day Premier League prices can be found HERE.
If I’m not successful in getting tickets through the OSC group request, what are my options?
The Members Sale starts just after the OSC group ticket booking window closes. More information can be found HERE.
You can also find official tickets through LFC Hospitality HERE.
Can we request junior tickets?
If you are allocated tickets to a particular game, we can then request for tickets to be at the junior price.
Please note that this is at the discretion of LFC and will not be confirmed until approximately one month before the fixture, when payment is due. If the request for a junior ticket is denied, the ticket will then be at the full, adult price.
Note: Each child must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a full price ticket through the OSC group ticket booking.
For example, 2 junior tickets also require 2 adult tickets to be purchased.
When is payment due for any tickets I have received through a group ticket booking?
Approximately 1 month before the fixture.
How do I make payment for my tickets?
We will process the payment and then email you with the total cost. You will then have 14 days to transfer the balance to the Hong Kong bank account provided in the email. Failure to transfer the funds within that period will result in the tickets being cancelled and returned to LFC.
When do I find out what seats I have been given?
After payment is made to us, you will receive an email with your seat details.
What should I do if I can no longer attend a game for which I’ve been assigned a ticket?
Please email robkelly@me.com as soon as you know that you cannot attend.
Can I not just give my ticket to a friend if I can’t go?
No. Tickets are not transferable.
If you would like someone else to go using your assigned ticket, please contact us and we will arrange to have the ticket reassigned to your friend’s Liverpool FC Official Membership. The same eligibility rules at the top of this FAQ will apply.
If I can no longer attend a game I’ve paid for, can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available once tickets have been paid for.
How do I access the stadium on match day?
Anfield uses NFC (near field communication) technology for stadium entry and all tickets will be digital on a smartphone, in the form of an NFC pass.
More information on the NFC pass can be found HERE.
When do I find out to which games I have been allocated tickets?
Prior to the Members Sale. Approximately 1 week after the closing date of the OSC group ticket booking window.
How many tickets can each OSC request?.
Each OSC can request up to 5 tickets for 10 games per season. The games must be split into 5 games in the first half of the season and 5 games in the second half of the season.
